My name is Abigail, which means "a source of joy." My goal in life, as well as in my online communication, is to be a source of joy to all I come in contact with -- to point them to the true Source of Joy, my Saviour, Jesus Christ. More about me can be learned at my personal website.

I have been creating graphics since the spring of 2001, when my friend Melinda talked me into purchasing PhotoImpact6. Before making the $100 investment, I told the Lord that I would do all I could to use the software for His glory alone, and would use it to help others in whatever ways He led.

I've spent hours using PI since then, and consider it one of my best investments. As the Lord gave me more graphic design skills, He also began to provide opportunities to help others with their graphical needs. What a thrill it is to come alongside a ministry and help them create logos and graphics that allow their light to shine more brightly in this dark world!

In the fall of 2003, I felt the Lord prompting me to take the next step in the area of graphic design, and learn how to use professional-level software. Just as I started looking into purchasing the Adobe CS, my old computer completely stopped working -- a true "death of a vision" scenario. After several weeks of confusion and prayer, the Lord provided the funds (primarily through gifts of ministry partners) to purchase a new computer, this one much faster than my old one, and capable of handling the new software. What a wonderful blessing! I've dubbed the computer "Isabel", which means "Pledged to God."

So in February of 2004 I was able to purchase the Adobe CS software, and since then have been slowing learning the ins and outs of Photoshop. Quite overwhelming at first, but such a fun challenge. :-) In February of 2005 the Lord worked it out for me to attend a Digital Graphics course in Indianapolis, which was a good learning experience for me.

Making graphics is something I never get tired of doing. I am so thankful the Lord has made it possible for me to create them, and I'm so excited about being able to share them with you all here. May He alone be glorified, for He has done it all!
